- Muhammad and his team were fantastic to work with. We had issues with our panel which needed to be replaced and they performed everything quickly and professionally. We had a visit the very next day from when I called and they helped coordinate everything with Toronto Hydro. There was clear and consistent communication throughout the experience and we are very pleased with all of the work completed. They are upfront with all pricing and there were zero surprises, with thorough explanations of everything required to resolve the issue. We now feel safe with our new panel and surge protector. I called a few other electricians in my area but neither responded back to me over a week. I then called Safe Electrical Solutions in the morning and within 10 minutes Muhammad called me and said he would try to come out later that afternoon or the next morning. Muhammand called me mid afternoon that same day saying he was on his way and was at my door within the hour. Muhammand was extremely professional and did an excellent job in fixing my electrical issue. He explained in detail of what steps he was taking in diagnosing as well as resolving the issue on my service panel. Once the issue was resolved he offered some tips in maintaining and suggestions for future upgrade considerations to the service penel.
